By using Tommy you agree to these terms.

The service

Tommy helps businesses track, count and manage their fleet. We're in an early version and keep improving it; features may change.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since it's how you sign in. You're responsible for who you invite to your company and what they do in Tommy.

Your data

Your company's data belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Tommy for you.

Fair use

Don't misuse Tommy, try to access other companies' data, or use it for anything illegal.

Free early access

During early access Tommy is free. Companies that join during early access are founding members and get 50% off their plan for the first 12 months after paid plans launch. Before any paid plan starts, we'll tell you the price and you choose whether to continue. Paid plans have no contracts and can be cancelled anytime.

No guarantees

Tommy is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect losses.

Ending

You can stop using Tommy anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
